The Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation (ISCT) is moving its administrative office to Hofstra University Law School, Hempstead, NY. This transition will occur during the course of the next several weeks.

Jessica Myers is the new Administrative Coordinator of the ISCT at Hofstra University Law School. She was previously employed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of State, and was the Chief of the Division of Campaign Finance and Lobbying Disclosure. Jessica also administered the Commonwealth's voting system certification program. Prior to this, she was Chief of the Division of HAVA (Help America Vote Act).

Jessica graduated from Gettysburg College in May 2004, with a BA in Peace and Conflict Studies. Upon graduation, she moved to Belfast, Northern Ireland, and attended the University of Ulster, where she attained an MA in Local History. Throughout college and graduate school, Jessica studied peace and conflict, mediation, reconciliation and other topics relating to these areas. She presented research as a student presenter at the International Peace Research Association (IPRA) conference in Sopron, Hungary, in July 2004. Most of her research has focused on the conflict in Northern Ireland, although she is interested in studying conflict and conflict resolution on all levels.
