Marlee has a distinctive blend of transformative mediation and restorative justice experience. Her passion for mediation was ignited during her studies in Nicaragua, leading to over five years of dedicated community mediation work with The Center for Community Mediation and Facilitation in Tucson, Arizona. Marlee's expertise spans mediation, facilitation, coaching, and training, with particular emphasis on transformative approaches that create lasting change. She is also a restorative practitioner and facilitator of restorative group conferences, and is committed to building bridges between alternative dispute resolution and formal justice processes.
